Johnny Rockets, the newest restaurant to open for business at Quaker Bridge Mall, will celebrate its official grand opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony this Saturday.

Lawrence Mayor David Maffei will officiate the ceremony, and WPST 94.5 host Shinn will be on site to giveaway prizes and host family-friendly festivities. Johnny Rockets staff will also be handing out samples of burgers, shakes, fries and other items from their menu.

The first 50 people in line will receive a free milkshake, and all mall visitors will receive a 10 percent off coupon for future use.

Johnny Rockets is the third sit-down restaurant to open at the mall, joining The Cheesecake Factory and BRIO Tuscan Grille.

“We are so excited to be able to offer fresh, quality food to diners who are traveling to the Quaker Bridge Mall from near and far,” Geeta Chopra, Quaker Bridge Mall Johnny Rockets franchise owner, said. “Inspired by Johnny Rockets’ mantra to offer its diners a truly remarkable dining experience, we are ready to do right by our patrons and showcase our passion for food in every bite they take.”

Johnny Rockets at Quaker Bridge Mall is located at 3320 Brunswick Pike, Lawrence Township. For more information, visit their Facebook page.
