Egyptian cultural exhibition opens

Egyptian Ambassador, Dr. Ahmed Farouk, and Congressman Rush Holt attended the opening of an Egyptian cultural exhibition at Mercer County Library Lawrence branch.

The exhibition features artwork reflecting the various cultures of Egypt; the Nubian, Pharaonic, Islamic, Christian, Bedouin and contemporary.

The exhibition is scheduled to run to Jan. 31.
