The Crisis Ministry of Mercer County welcomes six new board members

The Crisis Ministry of Mercer has announced the addition of six new community leaders to its Board of Directors.

The new members are Ildiko Antal, PhD, of Lawrence Township, Bristol-Myers Squibb Business Development; Ken Barbuscio of Newtown, PA, Managing Director, BlackRock; Elizabeth Baughan of Princeton; Lee Davis of Princeton, Executive Vice President, NRG Energy; Peter Fasolo, PhD, of Pennington, Chief Human Resources Officer, Johnson & Johnson; Edwina Hawes, PhD, of Princeton; Psychologist, John Witherspoon Middle School.

“We are grateful for the expertise, passion, and creativity our board members bring to The Crisis Ministry and to our organization’s mission to ensure food and housing for our low-income neighbors while working with them on a path to financial stability,” said Board President and Princeton resident Fred Van Sickle, Chief Development Officer for the Institute of Advanced Studies.

The Crisis Ministry of Mercer County, Inc. is a non-profit organization that operates from three locations to address basic needs while promoting longer-term stability, housing, and employment stability. Along with food pantries and a community vegetable garden, it provides nutrition education through Rutgers Extension Service, health screenings through the Capital Health System Community Health Education Department, and job search mentoring with a variety of organizations.
