The Hopewell Museum and Hopewell Valley Historical Society are inviting the community to help plan the “future of history” in Hopewell Valley at three upcoming forums.
This outreach effort stems from a partnership between the two organizations to better coordinate activities and more effectively serve the interests and enthusiasms of community members.
Anyone interested in local history, genealogy and culture is invited to participate in one of three open forums to be held throughout Hopewell Valley to share their ideas on how our area’s history can be more accessible and dynamic. The forums will be professionally facilitated, and each one will last about 90 minutes. Light refreshments will be served.
Registration is not required but will be help with logistical planning. Guests can register online at thehopewellmuseum.org.
The first forum will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 10, at 7 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in Morrell Hall — 60 South Main Street, Pennington.
The second forum will be held Thursday, Oct. 25, at 7 p.m. at the Union Fire House — 1396 River Road, Titusville.
The third forum will be held Saturday, Nov. 3, at 10 a.m. the Hopewell Museum — 28 East Broad Street, Hopewell.
