Our brand new studio opened May 15, 2015. We are the first in the area to offer Aerial Yoga, AcroYoga, Aerial Barre and Floor Yoga under one roof! Our fun and modern take on yoga incorporating acbrobatic practices is a fun lighthearted approach for even the non-yogi and skeptics alike. We offer a wide variety of beginners classes, no yoga experience or felaxability is required. We even offer Teens and Tweens classes and a Kids Camp geared towards acrobatic yoga for ages 6 to 11. Our classes are priced very reasonably $14 -$23 depending on the class and we are conveniently located on Route 31 in the Shoppes of Pennington near the Pennington Market.

“The VATA ASANA studio vibe strives to deepen a marriage of movement and the breath while cultivating an understanding of alignment in the postures. A guided aligned focus helps practitioners to have a deeper awareness of the poses, helping to prevent injury caused from common misalignments on the mat. We understand that much like diet, yoga is a personal practice, and every body is different. Our goal is to help guide you on a path catered to your own body…..your personal practice. The strength gained from AcroYoga and the flexibility developed in Aerial Yoga will greatly enhance and transform a regular Floor Yoga practice. With regular practice in the three modalities you will find a blend of control, softness and power to confidently guide the physical body with awareness in your practice. Let us help you enhance your practice.”
