Diamond’s Restaurant is set to open its doors Oct. 13.

Brothers Anthony and Tommy Zucchetti originally opened Diamond’s in the Chambersburg Restaurant District of Historic Trenton in 1982. They recently opened in the Pennington Shopping Center with one of their original chefs.

The brothers serve authentic Italian cuisine, as well as fine bar fare.

They plan to open the restaurant’s Sapphire Room for private parties in November.

Diamond’s Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting is scheduled for 12 to 4 p.m. at the restaurant in the Pennington Shopping Center, 25 Route 31 South, Pennington.

Hopewell Mayor Vanessa Sandom and Pennington Mayor Anthony Persichilli plan to cut the ribbon.

Food and hors d’oeuvres will be served.
