Colonial cooking class set for Jan. 12

Winter Hearth Cooking Class is set for Jan. 12 at Johnson Ferry House in Washington Crossing State Park.

Cooking instructor, Mercy Ingraham, plans to lead a class in traditional colonial cooking over an open hearth.

The class is set for 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. It is $40 for a full day of instruction and a meal.

Johnson Ferry House requires pre-registration for the class. To register call (609) 737-2515 or email jfhwashxing@fast.net.
