Bird talk set for March 6

Introduction to New Jersey Birds, an educational talk, is scheduled for 7 p.m. March 6 at Hopewell Train Station, 2 Railroad Place, Hopewell.

About Birds LLC owner, Kathy Easton, is set to introduce the audience to a variety of New Jersey birds and their songs through pictures and recorded sounds.

During her hour-long talk, Easton will share natural history facts and stories about bird life.

Easton has been leading nature walks and presentations in central Jersey for 15 years. She is a Mercer County Master Gardener and associate teacher-naturalist for New Jersey Audubon’s Plainsboro Preserve.

The program is part of Hopewell Public Library’s Wednesday Night Out Series.
