Poke Bros., a fast-casual restaurant chain specializing in Hawaiian-style poké bowls, is set to open its newest location on Tuesday, Feb. 18 in the Hamilton Plaza shopping center.

The chain, known for its fresh, cubed fish bowls with vegetables and traditional Hawaiian flavorings, was founded in 2016 and has rapidly expanded across the Midwest and East Coast.

The new location, at 1273 Route 33, Suite 6, will bring Poke Bros.’ customizable poké bowls to a growing fan base of sushi and healthy food enthusiasts.

“Most fast food options out there are the same old fried food,” said Poke Bros founder Xue Gong Chen. “We’re proud that Poke Bros gives people something that’s quick and easy for lunch or dinner but with fresh, healthy ingredients and great flavor. Good food should be easy to grab on the go.”

Customers at the new Hamilton location can choose from a variety of ingredients to build their own poké bowls or select from a menu of Signature Bowls. The restaurant will also offer snacks like poké nachos, seaweed salad, and mochi ice cream.

Poke Bros. now operates over 73 locations across 13 states, including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and South Carolina.
