Richardson Commercial Realtors has announced that Steven Marusky has joined the team as a broker associate.

Richardson Commercial Realtors has announced that Steven Marusky recently joined the team as a broker associate. Marusky has over 36 years of experience in the real estate industry and a proven track record of successfully completing office, industrial, retail, investment property and land transactions.

Marusky is currently a licensed real estate broker in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and a licensed real estate salesperson in Florida. He holds the GRI or Graduate of the Real Estate Institute designation and the prestigious CCIM designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.

Prior to joining Richardson Commercial Realtors, Marusky was the Director of Commercial Properties at a multi office brokerage in Pennington where he hired and trained commercial real estate agents and was involved in the sale and leasing of commercial properties. Marusky brings his extensive experience to Richardson Commercial Realtors and looks forward to continuing the organization’s excellent reputation in the industry.
