LIFE St. Francis celebrates five years

LIFE St. Francis celebrated its fifth anniversary on April 24.

St. Francis Medical Center in Trenton launched LIFE, or Living Independently For the Elderly, a community-based long-term care model located in Hamilton in April 2009.

Congressman Chris Smith, who was instrumental in advocating for LIFE St. Francis, attended the celebration.

LIFE St. Francis has a current enrollment of 296 participants and has served more than 460 Mercer and Burlington County seniors.
