Honor Yoga is set to begin its Hungry for Change workshop series on Sept. 8.

The series kicks off with a screening of its namesake documentary, Hungry for Change. The film exposes strategies used by the diet, weight loss and food industries to keep customers coming back for more.

Hungry for Change is made by the creators of Food Matters, which highlights how health, energy and ideal body weight can be achieved without fad dieting.

Certified health coach and founder of In-Power Health and Wellness Ali Tomlinson is set to host the Hungry For Change workshop series. Throughout the series, Tomlinson is set to discuss common foods and lifestyle habits that may be preventing individuals from reaching their health goals.

The screening is set to be followed by a discussion. It is scheduled for 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Sept. 8 at Honor Yoga, 621 North 130, Suite 12, Hamilton.

The introductory session is free for members and $5 for others.

Additionally, Honor Yoga is set to host a blood drive during the workshop.
