Hamilton real estate company add four new agents to team

Richardson Commercial Realtors in Hamilton announced the addition of four new agents: Ray Helmich, Jonah Pascucci, Christopher Scully and Thomas Ryan.

Helmich is a lifelong resident of the Trenton area.

He has a B.S. in mechanical engineering technology from the College of New Jersey and serves as the vice president of the Evergreen Homeowners Association.

Pascucci has a B.S. from the New School and is working toward a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member of the National Association of Realtors) designation.

He holds real estate licenses from both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Scully was born in Marlton and his family later moved to Ewing where he attended Ewing High School.

He has a background in the food industry with an emphasis on training in the administrative and managing aspects of the profession.

Ryan has 40 years of experience in the land title insurance industry.

He has a number of underwriting achievements including the acquisition of Merrill Lynch’s campus in Plainsboro, the Hughes Justice Complex and the Sovereign Bank Arena.

He currently serves as the chairman of the Mercer County Planning Board.
