Hamilton police seek public’s help to identify aggravated assault suspect

June, 21 Update: Police have arrested Silvio L. Bizzarri Jr., a 42-year-old Trenton resident. Police said he was charged with aggravated assault and held on $100,000.00 / 10 percent bail.

The Hamilton Police Division is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual operating the above vehicle captured on video surveillance.

The vehicle’s driver is wanted for questioning regarding an aggravated assault that took place on June 18 at the Mercerville Shopping Center, 346 Route 33, at approximately 11:15 a.m.

Police said the suspect physically assaulted a victim in the parking lot after a verbal dispute. The victim was transported to Capital Health Regional Medical Center for treatment.

The driver is described as a white male, 25 to 35 years old, 6-feet tall with ear length light brown hair, wearing a blue striped polo shirt and tan pants.

The above pictured vehicle has damage to the passenger side front quarter panel, a missing passenger side front hub cap and is also missing the front passenger side marker/blinker light.
