Hamilton’s annual Independence Day Week Fireworks and Concert has been rescheduled to July 5.

The event was postponed in light of weather forecasts for thunderstorms on July 3, as well as present wet ground conditions.

The celebration is set to begin 6 p.m. inside Veterans Park’s Kuser Road entrance with musical performances by the Fabulous Greaseband, playing hits from the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and 90’s.

The fireworks display is set to begin after the concert, approximately 9:30 p.m.

This year’s celebration is once again brought to the community by the generosity and support of main sponsor, Hamilton Honda, as well as supporting sponsors Roma Bank and Borden Perlman Salisbury & Kelly.
