Families attend annual Hamilton Elks picnic

Lorraine Kerlin paints eight-year-old Kaitlyn Nichols’ face at the annual Hamilton Elks family picnic. About 220 people attended the event, which featured food, games, prizes, an inflatable bounce, live music and face painting.
