On April 28, 2015 the Beth Chaim Congregation in Princeton Junction hosted a seminar on self defense for women. David Kahn, an instructor from the Israeli Krav Maga Training Center demonstrated some easy and effective self defense techniques to help women feel safe and empowered in their everyday life.

Sgt. Mark Lee and Patrol Officers Alison Pollini and Megan Erkoboni of the West Windsor Police Department were also in attendance and led a very lively and informative discussion on the topic of personal safety.
