Annual iMatter Golf Classic to support people with disabilities

On October 5, 2015, Community Options, a national nonprofit dedicated to providing housing and employment support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, will host its annual iMatter Golf Classic at Jericho National Golf Club located at 250 Brownsburg Road East in New Hope, PA.

Registration will begin at 10:30 a.m. with $250 for individual participants or $1,000 for a foursome. Registration includes lunch, dinner, a golf cart and the greens fee for 18 holes of golf. After registration, lunch will be served at 11 a.m. Shotgun scramble time is 12:30 p.m. The day will be wrapped up with a cocktail reception and buffet dinner at 5:30 p.m. Plenty of prizes will be raffled off during the dinner hour.

100% of proceeds benefit the people supported by Community Options.

Haldeman Dealerships of Hamilton is sponsoring the event and golfers have the opportunity to shoot a hole-in-one and win a new car. The golfer who gets closest to the pin on the designated hole will win a prize. In addition, there will be prizes for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd place as well as the longest drive. Hole sponsorships are available for $250.

Jericho National Golf Club is known for its dramatic bunkering and contoured greens. It is nationally recognized as one of the most challenging, yet enjoyable, golf courses in the region. The course opened in 1999.
