Discount optical retailer America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses has leased 4,500 square feet at Hamilton Plaza in Hamilton Township.

The lease signing brings the 175,000-square-foot shopping center to 100 percent occupancy.

Levin Management leasing representative Gloria Mercado negotiated the long-term lease. David Dunkelman of Soloff Realty served as tenant broker in the transaction.

With more than 350 retail stores across the country, America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses is one of the nation’s fastest-growing optical retailers. Each store carries a wide selection of affordably priced designer eyeglass frames for men, women and children, along with contact lenses and eyeglass accessories.

Professional eye exams also are available using the latest state-of-the-art optometric equipment.

Anchored by an 80,000-square-foot ShopRite, Hamilton Plaza offers a mix of service, retail and food-oriented tenants including A.C. Moore, Sleepy’s, Petco, Dollar Tree, Radio Shack, Let’s YO!, Hallmark, New Wave Wireless, Moe’s Southwest Grill and Texas Roadhouse, among others.

A multi-million dollar renovation project was completed recently at Hamilton Plaza. Levin replaced building façades, added new landscaping, replaced the property’s pylon sign and added new monument signs, and reconfigured the parking lot to improve vehicular flow. Other improvements included the addition of two pad sites and a 10,000-square-foot end cap to make the center even more appealing to tenants and shoppers.
