Transactions: Fennelly Secures Clergy Wear Space

Hamilton commercial real estate firm Fennelly Associates has negotiated a lease for Divinity Clergy Wear, a formerly Hamilton-based company, as the latter relocates its showroom and warehouse to 8,000 square feet of retail space at 20 Arctic Parkway in Ewing.

Fennelly Associates President Jerry Fennelly and corporate real estate specialist Patrick Dintrone represented the landlord and client, Hofing Management, in the transaction. McCann Commercial Realty acted on behalf of Divinity Clergy Wear, which sells various clerical clothing items, such as suits and robes, for those with the church-affiliated title.

“Properties that boast both a retail and warehousing component can be ideal for tenants hoping to maximize efficiency and easily get their products to customers,” Fennelly adds. “We’re happy to once again provide real estate services to Hofing Management and wish Divinity Clergy Wear the best of luck in their new space.”

The building at 20 Arctic Parkway is outfitted with three overhead doors for the clergy apparel business, which is located only a mile from Route 1 and situated across the street from Home Depot, GameStop, and other stores.
