PEAC Health & Fitness is set to host a special six-week tryout readiness clinic to prepare youth soccer players for their upcoming tryouts. The program will also be offered at Total Soccer in Lambertville for ages U7 through U14.

The program aims to help players improve their first step quickness, first touch, ball striking, passing/receiving, moves to beat defenders, defending principles, speed and agility and tactical principles. Confidence building will be a key portion of the clinic that will allow players to showcase their talents in their tryout season.
