PEAC to hold panel discussion on college athletic recruitment

PEAC Health & Fitness will host a panel discussion entitled Demystifying the College Athletic Recruiting Process on May 1 at 6:30 p.m.

The discussion will provide personal accounts from individuals who have been through, or are currently involved in, the recruiting process.

Joining the panel are Michelle Reilly, parent of a Division 1 college soccer player, Patti and Frank Bennet, parents of a multi sport high school junior currently being recruited by various colleges and Jason Miller, Athletic Director and Varsity Basketball Coach at South Hunterdon High School.

They will share insights from their personal experiences with collegiate athletic recruiting including the athlete’s responsibility, associated expenses, how to increase the athlete’s exposure and when to start the process.

The event is free and open to the public.

PEAC is located at 1440 Lower Ferry Road, Ewing.
