PEAC Health & Fitness to host 5K to benefit ovarian cancer research

PEAC Health & Fitness partnered with Teal Tea Foundation to host a 5K race part of its annual Fall Fest event.

Proceeds from the event are set to benefit Teal Tea Foundation, which is dedicated to raising ovarian cancer awareness and supporting research efforts focused on early detection, treatments and a cure.

The 5K is sanctioned, professionally-timed and certified by USA Track and Field.

The race is scheduled for 8:15 a.m. on October 19, with check-in beginning at 7:15 a.m.

Registration forms can be obtained in person at PEAC Health and Fitness or online at peachealthfitness.com.

PEAC’s annual Fall Fest is set for 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Oct. 19. The event features light refreshments, fall flowers and pumpkins sale, kids’ activities and a Business and Art Expo.

PEAC is located at 1440 Lower Ferry Road, Ewing.
