Meals On Wheels of Trenton/Ewing expands across Mercer County

Meals on Wheels of Trenton/Ewing announced that it has recently broadened its service area and as a result has changed its name to Meals on Wheels of Mercer County. The group has provided home-delivered meals and related services to people in need in the Trenton/Ewing area for 43 years. With this name change, Meals on Wheels of Mercer County will now service clients in East Windsor, Hamilton, Hightstown, Lawrence, Princeton and West Windsor, in addition to Ewing and Trenton.

Meals on Wheels of Mercer County a private, non-profit organization committed to providing nutritious meals and related services which are designed to promote the independence, dignity, health and wellbeing of our homebound customers. Meals are delivered to homebound individuals with the help of a large group of committed volunteers.

The name change not only reflects the broader territory that the organization will now service, but also its commitment to providing meals to the residents of Mercer County.

Meals on Wheels of Mercer County continues to rely in large part upon the generosity of the public it serves, as well as many private and corporate donors.
