Bordentown Elks raise Honor and Remember flag

The Bordentown Elks held an Honor and Remember flag raising ceremony on April 27.

Amy and Patrick Moore, whose son Benjamin lost his life serving in Afghanistan, donated the flag to the lodge.

The flag honors and remembers all fallen heroes, who over the last 200 years made the ultimate sacrifice in the service of their country.

Exalted ruler Cary Crivelli, leading knight Phil Tyler, loyal knight Carmen Adonizio, lecturing knight Pete DeLucia, esquire Heather Cheesman, inner guard Phil Horner, James Sharpe and chairman of the veterans committee CK Lippincott and secretary of the veterans committee Sharon Sharpe participated in the ceremony.
