Gallery to feature students’ work

The Burlington County College Student Art Gallery’s “Best of 2012 Student Showcase” hosted its opening reception on Friday, Dec. 7, and the exhibit will be on display through Friday, Feb. 1.

The annual exhibit features the best works of art from BCC’s art and design students. Thirty-one student artists participated in this year’s showcase, which includes 84 pieces of the finest art from all mediums including photography, drawing, painting, graphic design, sculpture, ceramics, jewelry and fashion design. The exhibit will be on display through Feb. 1 and is free.

The gallery is located at BCC’s Mount Holly Center at 1 High Street. Hours are Tuesday through Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
