WW Police to Hold Safety Day at McCaffrey’s

On Saturday, June 30, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. the West Windsor Police Department will host a “Public Safety Day” at McCaffrey’s Supermarket in the Southfield Shopping Plaza (at the intersection of Southfield Road and Princeton-Hightstown Road). The police department will have a display for recruitment as well as a vehicle display. The police tactical team will also have its own display for questions and answers from the public.

Several other township and area organizations will also be in attendance, including the West Windsor Volunteer Fire Company, the Twin W Volunteer Rescue Squad. University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro will be represented by its community education and outreach department.

Activities and information will include child car seat checks, giveaways, and a general community education table staffed by the police department. For more information, contact West Windsor Police at 609-799-1222.
