In response to a resident who lives near High School South, the West Windsor Township Council is considering action on issues that would affect students and nearby residents. ##M:[more]##Zena Hundertmark, who works for the school district, lives at 345 Clarksville Road, and asked the township to help calm truck traffic on Clarksville Road, and foot traffic on her property. The township has no jurisdiction over the county road, but is considering taking action on the other issue she raised. Hundertmark says students cross the street to be outside the school zone, and loiter on her property, where the school cannot enforce its rules.

Township Business administrator Christopher Marion said expanding the zone would allow township police to help. “This would add another level of enforcement,” said Marion.
