DWI Arrests. Vance Kinslow, 52, of Camden, was charged May 8 with driving while intoxicated. Officer Frank Bal said he responded to an accident on Route 1 South at Fisher Place and found that Kinslow was intoxicated. He was also charged with careless driving for rear-ending the other car involved in the accident. The driver of the other car reported minor injuries. Both cars sustained minor damage.

Jonathan Henry Scala, 26, of Allentown, was charged May 6 with driving while intoxicated. Officer Michael McMahon said he stopped him on New Village Road at Edinburg Road for running a red light and found him to be intoxicated. He was also charged with reckless driving, a red light violation, and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
