Trenton mayoral candidate opens headquarters

Mayoral candidate Walker M. Worthy opened his campaign headquarters in Trenton

He is set to celebrate the grand opening of his campaign office 5 to 7 p.m .March 28 at 25 South Warren St., Trenton. The public is invite to meet Worthy.

Worthy was born in Trenton, raised in Ewing and has since moved back to the city.

He currently serves as the Mercer County Deputy County Clerk.

Worthy previously served as an educator in the Trenton Public School system and as a legislative aide to Assembly members John Watson and Bonnie Watson Coleman.

The mayoral election is scheduled for May 13.
