Town Center Elementary School teachers and staff raised $385 for the Susan G. Komen Foundation for Breast Cancer Awareness. On October 18 the staff participated in “Think Pink Day” and dressed in pink in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Teacher Janet Bowes organized the event in honor of her sister, a breast cancer survivor.

Participants included Jeanette Hanos, Marilyn Hynes, Gail Berryman, Beth Mansfield, Debbie DiColo, Jean Burdick, James Stives, Lorell Levy, Kathy Schmidt, Alice Guest, O’Neil Cassells, Stephanie DiLorenzo, Julia Bullard, Julianne Stevens, Vicki Elkins, Bev Lynk, and Beth Keenan.
