Summer Concerts in WW & Plainsboro

Both West Windsor and Plainsboro recreation departments present free outdoor concerts in July. West Windsor concerts will be on Wednesday evenings at 7 p.m. and Plainsboro concerts will be on Friday evenings, also at 7 p.m. Bring chairs and/or blankets to sit on.

West Windsor concerts will be held at the West Windsor Township Senior Center gazebo. In case of inclement weather, the dates and times will not change, but the event will be moved inside the Senior Center.

The concerts include Swing Era on June 28, Joshua Suslak on July 5; a family concert with Yosi and the Superdads on July 12; Trenton Brass Quintet on July 19; and another family concert with Peanut Butter N’ Jammin’ on July 26.

Plainsboro Township concerts will be on the plaza at the Plainsboro Municipal Building. The inclement weather hotline is 609-799-0909, ext. 552. The rain date for the concerts is Friday, July 28.

The Eric Mintel Jazz Quartet will perform its energetic, lyrical, and swinging original jazz compositions on July 7. Yosi leads a family sing-a-long on July 14.

The Billy Hill Band brings its contemporary rock-n-roll favorites to the Plainsboro stage on July 21.
