Jason Paul Zutty, a graduate of High School North, Class of 2005, is donating stem cells to a complete stranger.##M:[more]##

A sophomore at Georgia Tech University, Zutty majors in electrical engineering. His fraternity, Alpha Epsilon Pi, recently chose to undertake a project to find out if any of them were a match to donate stem cells for a 65-year old cancer patient. Zutty was not only the only match, but an exact match. He will be donating stem cells at Northside Hospital, also in Atlanta, in October.

A West Windsor resident, he is the son of Jill and Marc, and the older brother of young actors, Andrew and Eric.

For Zutty, this was not his the first selfless act. “If not for him taking care of Eric all these years I could have never let Andrew have an acting career,” says Jill. “He gave of himself to let Andrew have his career, sacrificing all extra-curricular activities.”
