West Windsor Mayor Shing-Fu Hsueh will deliver his annual State of the Township address during the Township Council meeting on Monday, March 1.
Hsueh said he will focus on last year’s accomplishments and what the he wants to achieve in 2010, with “focus on some of the long-term issues that we need to emphasize.”
