The American Heart Assoication named Saint Francis Medical Center a Gold Level Fit-Friendly Worksite.

AHA’s Fit Friendly Worksite program aims to motivate employers to make the health and wellness of their employees a priority.

St. Francis Medical Center was recognized as a Gold Level Fit-Friendly Worksite for offering employees physical activity support, providing and increasing healthy eating options, promoting a wellness culture and implementing at least nine criteria outlined by the AHA in the areas of physical activity, nutrition and culture.
