St. Francis Medical Center launches MyHealth

St. Francis Medical Center recently introduced MyHealth, the new online tool that empowers patients to view their own health information.

Patients using MyHealth can access their medical records and test results from their own home computers or tablets. Users must be at least 18 years old to sign up for an account.

With MyHealth, users can view health information from St. Francis Medical Center in Trenton; transcribed reports, lab, cardiology and radiology results: in-patient discharge instructions and educational information about the user’s medical conditions.
