A ceremony will be held at the 9/11 Memorial Reflecting Pond at the Ron Rogers Arboretum in West Windsor to remember the victims of the terrorist attacks eight years ago. The ceremony will take place at 7 p.m. on Friday, September 11, and residents are asked to gather at the Memorial Ponds, which are located at Route 571 and Clarksville Road.
