There are three seats open on the school board this year, and all three board members who currently occupy them have stated they intend to run for re-election.

Anyone interested in running for a seat on the board can pick up a candidate kit, which is available in the school board’s office at 505 Village Road West in Princeton Junction. Residents must complete a nomination petition by 4 p.m. on Monday, March 2.

This year, there are two Plainsboro seats — currently held by Anthony Fleres and Anjani Gharpure — and one West Windsor seat currently occuppied by John Farrell, who was appointed by the board in September to fill the seat vacated by Stan Katz, who moved to Chicago. Farrell will be running to fulfill the remainder of the term.
