Wegmans of West Windsor was among 21 businesses across the state to receive a School-Business Partnership Award from New Jersey Council of County Vo-Tech Schools. Lenny Lewis, Wegmans’ Youth Advocate Program Coordinator, and Michele Edington, employee representative, accepted the award.##M:[more]##

The family-owned store provides students in the school’s culinary arts, food marketing, and marketing programs with hands-on, structured work experience in the store. Students receive school credit and experience that allows them to apply their classroom skills and pursue greater opportunities after graduation. Program participants include students Sarah Rizvi and Tasha Mabin, both of West Windsor.
