It’s that time of year again! Princeton Junction Volunteer Fire Company will be escorting Santa Claus through town on Saturday and Sunday, December 21 and 22. Saturday, December 21, starting at 5 p.m.: Princeton Terrace, Channing Way, Yorktown Court, Avalon Watch, Yeger Road, North Post Road (from Alexander Road to Indian Run Road), Clarksville Road, Bolfmar Avenue, Indian Run Road, Sherbrooke Drive, Penn Lyle Road (from Clarksville Road to Colonial Avenue), Wellington Drive, Cranbury Road, Nassau Place, Benford Estates, Millstone Road, Colonial Avenue, Berrien City, Joanne Street, Princeton Place, Alexander Road (from North Post Road to Route 571), Stobe Lane, Ziff Lane, Canoe Brook Drive, Perry Drive, Arnold Drive, Dean Court, Hereford Drive, Steele Drive, Hawk Drive, Melville Road, and Worchester Lane.

“As we enter each neighborhood, we announce our presence with sirens, lights, and horns,” says Lieutenant Keith Branche. “Santa and his elves will hand out candy canes and say hello.”

Note that the trucks cannot drive every street in each development due to cul-de-sacs. “We will hit all the major routes through the developments,” says Branche. “Some neighborhoods may be split between two nights.”

Friday, December 20: Kings Point East, Brookside, West Windsor Estates, Princeton View, Kings Point, Brookshyer I and II, Dey Farm, Milner, Kings Mill, Windsor Ridge, Auburn Village, Shadow Oaks, Providence Village, Westminster Village and Estates, Bridgewater, Marblehead, Hunters Run, Briarwood, Dutch Neck Estates, Windsor Hunt, Meadows at Windsor Hunt, and Village Road West.

“The schedule may change due to amount of trucks we can get out each night,” says Branche. E-mail keithrbranche@gmail.com, visit www.westwindsorfire.com, or call 917-309-3388.
