Mayor Shing-Fu Hsueh is expected to make an appointment this month to fill the position vacated by Municipal Judge David Saltman, who has retired to Florida.##M:[more]##

A four-member screening committee, comprised of Jacqueline Alberts, Charles Morgan, Chris Marion and attorney Michael Herbert, recently interviewed five candidates and recommended two candidates. The mayor would not identify the two finalists but he said he would make a decision “as soon as possible” after interviewing them.
