Janice Lee Ruhl and Royal James Carroll III were married on June 12, 2004, at St. David’s Episcopal Church in Cranbury.
She is the daughter of Harry and Marcia Ruhl of East Windsor. She received a civil engineering degree from Lehigh University and a masters in environmental engineering from University of Texas at Austin. A registered professional engineer, she is employed as a senior associate with Hazen and Sawyer, an environmental engineering consulting firm in Fairfax, Virginia.
He is the son of Royal James Carroll Jr. and Bonnie Carroll of West Windsor. A graduate of West Windsor-Plainsboro High School, he received a degree in accounting from University of Delaware. He is an internal audit professional with Jefferson Wells, a financial services and IT consulting firm in McLean, Virginia. The couple lives in Fairfax, Virginia.
Kerrilyn Duggan and Peter Lynch were married November 20 at St. Mary’s Church in Bordentown.
She is the daughter of Frank Duggan and Kathleen Duggan-Hill. Wendy Dunn was her maid of honor. A graduate of the University of North Carolina, she teaches third grade at Town Center School.
The bridegroom is the son of Thomas and Bonnie Lynch. John Lynch was his best man. A graduate of Rutgers, he is purchasing manager for Greenville Colorants.
They now live in Bordentown City.
