Hamilton Councilman Anthony Carabelli joined founders Ginger and Eduardo Salazar for the official ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the grand opening of Rollito’s Ice Cream Rolls’ first brick-and-mortar location

Originally launched as a mobile ice cream cart, Rollito’s Ice Cream Rolls quickly gained popularity at special events, birthday parties, and community gatherings. The business is located at 876 Whitehorse Mercerville Road .

Known for its made-to-order rolled ice cream, the business was built on one mission: to bring joy through flavor. Fueled by growing demand and community support, the Salazars chose to establish a permanent home in Hamilton—bringing their signature dessert experience to locals year-round.

“We’re thrilled to bring Rollito’s Ice Cream Rolls to Hamilton and share our love for this unique dessert with even more people,” said co-owner Ginger Salazar. “This has been a dream of ours, and we’re so excited to grow with the community.”

“At Rollito’s, guests can enjoy a variety of handcrafted rolled ice cream flavors, made fresh right before their eyes. From fruity favorites to chocolate indulgence and timeless classics, there’s something for every sweet tooth,” says a township news release.
