Robbinsville Irish Hertiage Assoication to host Handbag Bingo

The Robbinsville Irish Heritage Association is set to host its third annual Handbag Bingo event on Oct. 20.

The event features main prizes from designers such as Coach, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, Neimann Marcus and Vera Bradley. It also features the Sexiest Legs in a Kilt contest.

Handbag bingo is scheduled to begin 1:30 p.m. at Robbinsville High School, 155 Robbinsville Edinburgh Road, Robbinsville.

Tickets are $25 and include admission, one bingo card per game (16 total games), a door prize raffle ticket and light refreshments.

Tables can be reserved in advance for groups of eight to 10 people. Additional tickets, 50/50 tickets and gift auction tickets are available for purchase.

The association recommends participants bring quarters to vote for the sexiest legs in a kilt.

Individuals under the age of 18 will not be admitted.

Outside food welcome, but no alcoholic beverages are permitted.

Participants who buy their ticket in advance will be entered into a mystery gift drawing. Tickets will also be available at the door.

Proceeds are set to benefit the fifth annual Robbinsville St. Patrick’s Day Parade, scheduled for March 15, 2014.
