Richardson Chamber Players to present Quiet City

Richardson Chamber Players are set to present a concert titled Quiet City.

The program includes Roy Harris’ Abraham Lincoln Walks at Midnight, Samuel Barber’s Adagio for String Quartet, Leonard Bernstein’s Sonata for Clarinet and Piano, Elliott Carter’s Tempo e Tempi, and Aaron Copland Quiet City.

Richardson Chamber Players consists of acclaimed musicians drawn from Princeton University’s performance faculty. The group includes Elizabeth DiFelice on piano,Wayne DuMaine on trumpet, Jo-Ann Sternberg on clarinet, Alistair MacRae on cello, soprano Sarah Pelletier, Matthew Sullivan on oboe; and members of the Princeton University Orchestra conducted by Michael Pratt.

The performance is scheduled for 3 p.m. March 2 at Princeton University’s Richardson Auditorium in Alexander Hall.

Tickets are $15 for general admission and $5 for students.
