Resurfacing work on Princeton-Hightstown Road from and Clarksville Road to Slayback Drive will begin on or about Monday, April 25.

The milling and paving repairs are being handled by Mercer County under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act project. All work on Princeton-Hightstown Road will be done in the evening due to the heavy daytime traffic volumes.

Work will then progress to Clarksville Road, from North Post Road to the easterly Everett Drive intersection, officials announced.

All work is being performed by Arawak Paving Group. Officials anticipate the work will take approximately two weeks, weather permitting. Motorists will experience delays during this time, as well as experience an uneven road surface while the work is in progress, officials said.
