The Zoning Board Of Adjustment had three applications scheduled to be heard at its April 26 meeting, which occurred as this issue of the Echo was being sent to the printer. The applications included the following:

162 and 166 Linden Lane, Aneesh and Simi Bakshi, owners. An appeal of the zoning officer’s determination regarding continued use of two 3-unit residential dwellings in a zone where only single family dwellings are permitted.

132 Elm Road, 132 Elm Associates, owner, and Flower Construction/Hans Arnesan, applicant. Front yard setback to permit placement of a PSE&G electrical transformer.

214 Moore Street, Kellie J. and Stephen Staples, owners. A variance to permit construction of a two-story addition within the required front setback, and a variance to permit construction of a roof over an existing patio in exception the required side yard setbacks.
