Princeton Public Library is set to host two workshops for college-bound students.

Founder of Future Choice College Consulting, Cory Alperstein, is scheduled to present “What Do You Really Want from College and How Can You Make It Happen?” 4 p.m. on June 27.

Alperstein draws upon her career in college consulting. She gained an insider’s perspective on the world of college admissions and what matters in the college application process today through her work as a reader of applications for an Ivy League school.

The workshop is for students only and is set for the Teen Center on the library’s third floor.

A College Admissions Essay Workshop with author Molly Moynahan is scheduled for 4 p.m. on July 8.

The Princeton native, author of Pitch Perfect: How to Write a Successful College Admission Essay, is set to help high school students access their personal stories and turn them into focused, engaging and effective essays.

Copies of “Pitch Perfect” will be available for signing and purchase at the workshop.

The workshop is set for the library’s Community Room.

Students are asked to bring their laptop or a notebook and pen.

Participation is limited to 60, and registration is required in the events calendar at princetonlibrary.org.
