Plainsboro Police will be cracking down on drunk drivers as a part of the summer 2011 “Over the Limit, Under Arrest” campaign through September 5. Activities will include sobriety checkpoints and seeking out motorists who may be driving while intoxicated.

As a part of the initiative, the Division of Highway Traffic Safety provides grants to local law enforcement agencies throughout the state to run the two-week campaign.

Police said that sober drivers can also help by reporting impaired drivers by dialing #77 to report a drunk or aggressive driver.
