Authorities believe the deaths of a husband and wife in Robbinsville were caused by an apparent murder-suicide, according to Casey A. DeBlasio, the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office public information officer.

In a statement, DeBlasio said Robbinsville police were called to a residence on Robbinsville-Edinburgh Road yesterday and discovered two dead bodies in the home. A preliminary investigation by the Mercer County Homicide Task Force suggests that the incident is a murder-suicide.

Police identified the individuals as John Campbell, 60, and his wife, Pamela Gwozdz, 57.

DeBlasio said more information will be provided as it becomes available.
